He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, West and Gourley; and his aunt Carolyn Melson. He is survived by: his parents, Thelma Hendrickson (West) and Robert Hendrickson; his sister Amy Melson; and his friend John Pennycuff. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles; many cousins.
