He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Ortie Marlene Turner; his children, Kevin Turner (Michele) of Carmel and Paula Turner Schneider (Greg) of Terre Haute, Indiana.; his stepchildren, Stephanie White-Longworth (Terry) and Keith White (Tami) of Wilkinson, Indiana.; his grandchildren, Graham, Duncan, Julia, Ana and Ross Turner; his grandparents, Samantha Phillips, Melissa Longworth-Brown (Chandler), Jake Rogers (Kate), Samantha Rogers, Olivia White and Abbi White; and also Sara Longworth. He was also cherished by five step great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or the Knightstown Public Library.
