He is survived by: his wife Sally McCracken O'Neal; his children, James Thomas O'Neal III, Kelly O'Neal Kisla, Kathleen O'Neal Wells and Patrick Riley O'Neal; and his siblings, Peggy O'Neal Weisenberger, Eileen O'Neal and John "Doc" O'Neal. He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren.
