He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville F. Litzsinger and Irma Krisay Litzsinger; and his brother Colonel OJ Litzsinger (Nip). He is survived by: his children, Christian James Litzsinger and Sarah Elizabeth Litzsinger; his daughter-in-law Kristina Krieg Litzsinger; his grandchildren, John Christian Litzsinger and Katherine Rose Litzsinger (Kate); and his sister-in-law Elaine Shepard Litzsinger. He is also survived by four nieces, a nephew.
