He is survived by: his children, John Downs (Peggy), Cathy Maxwell (Mike) and Brenda Heatherly (Ken); and his siblings, Marietta, Catherine, Patty, Sharon, Linda and Steve Downs. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
