He was predeceased by: his wife Marilee Watkins; his son Brent Watkins; and his mother Thelma Lee. He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Fisher (Justin) of Carmel, IN; his daughter-in-law Tawn Watkins of Scottsdale, AZ; his grandchildren, Matthew Fisher (Kellie) of Midlothian, VA, Peter Fisher of Dallas, TX and Katie Thomas (Scott) of Fishers, IN; and his great grandchildren, Gracie, Mason, Jake Fisher and Brady Thomas.
