Dawson of Carmel, Indiana, born in Paris, Illinois, who passed away on June 3, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Asbury Dawson and Geneva Dawson (Rigdon); his son Michael E. Dawson; and his siblings, Robert Dawson and Janet Walters.
He is survived by: his children, Monique L. Dawson of Greenup, Patrick L. Dawson (Susan) of Papillion and Timothy J. Dawson (Julie) of Carmel, Indiana; his sister Norma Eveland of Paris; his grandchildren, Scott Dawson (Darla), Heather Siegriest, Alea Maders, Mike Dawson (Brankica Skokovic), Brooke Dawson, Adam Dawson (Katie), Jacob Dawson, Nathan Dawson (Katie Croft), Kathryn Cowgill (Aaron) and Kelli Dawson; his great grandchildren, Kennedy, Henry Dawson, Elijah, Shiloh, Josie Siegriest, Jax Turner, Dean Cope (Aubrey), Malachi Barthelemy and Barrett Dawson; and his great great grandchild Arlo Cope. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
