He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Hoffman and Martha Jane Hoffman (McComb); his grandson Dusty Hoffman; and his siblings, Jan Hoffman, Jim Bill Hoffman and Nancy Dennis.
He is survived by: his wife Elinor (Elly); his children, Evan Hoffman, Susan Larche Pierre (Hoffman) and Drew Hoffman (Kerry Wonders); his grandchildren, Austin Hoffman (Katelyn), Lauren Hoffman, Max Larche and Emma Larche; and his pet Sweetie.
