He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Elmer and Ruby Irene Taylor (Wilburn); his wife Betty L. Taylor; his daughter Debra L. Taylor; and his sister Margaret J. Taylor.
He is survived by: his sons, Gary L., Gregory L. and James E. Taylor; his grandchildren, Sherique L. Williams, Joseph C. Taylor, Tracey A. Dingle, Jackson E. Taylor, Nathaniel J. Taylor and Cameron W. P. Taylor; and his brother Jerry L. Taylor. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
