He was predeceased by: his parents, Zelma L. Hufford and Paul "Earl" Hufford; and his brother Jimmy "Jim" Hufford. He is survived by: his son Jon E Hufford (Kathryn); his wife Stephanie Hufford; his son Jeff Hufford; his stepdaughter Gabrielle Schiesser (Nathan); his grandchild Ashley Kartchner (Daniel); his great grandchildren, Adrian Ball, Cooper Smith and Aidan Kartchner; his grandsons, Adam Hufford and Garrett Hufford (Karlee); his great grandchildren, Eden Hufford, Cooper Hufford, Ella Hufford, Garrison Hufford, Nora Hufford, Bennett Hufford, Pierce Hufford, Elliot Hufford, Hattie Hufford, Keller Hufford, Amelia Hufford and Graham Hufford; his grandchild Alannah Cook (William); his great grandchildren, Zane Cook, Rae Cook and Amari Cook; his grandson Jack Hufford; his great grandchild Artëm; and his granddaughter Faith Hunter (Jonathan).
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oaklawn Memorial Gardens (9700 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46250). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. They changed churches in recent years, beginning to attend St. Mark's United Methodist Church just before the pandemic.
