He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Scott and Eda Scott; his wife Mary Anne; his sister Ethel Grinstead; and his daughter-in-law Katherine Scott (Kitty).
He is survived by: his children, Sue Bridgewater (David), Robert Scott (Rena) and Patricia Cortellini (Conrad). He is also survived by five grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren.
