We are sad to announce that on August 9, 2024, at the age of 84, Herbert Gregory Byrne of Carmel, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Chalmer Byrne and Alice Byrne; his wife Doris Evelyn Byrne; his sons, James Byrne (Christin) and Robert Byrne; and his sister Rae Cavanaugh.

He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Agan (Daniel); his grandchildren, Jonathan Agan (Aimee), Harrison Agan (Erin), Elizabeth Caudle (David) and Benjamin Agan (Kati); and his great grandchildren, Emerson, Daxton, Avalinn, Zanden, Rowan, Elouise, Solomon, Maeve, Samuel, Eleanor and Griffin.
