We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2023, at the age of 67, Helen Kay Quakenbush of Carmel, Indiana, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Mueller and Donna Mueller. She is survived by: her husband Charles E. "Charlie" Quakenbush; her children, Daniel V. Quakenbush (Megan) and Amanda K. Graham (Matty); and her siblings, Denise Jungbluth, Pat Koebel, Mike Mueller, Tom Mueller, Sue Wiborg and Meg Engel.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lupus Foundation of America 9302 N. Meridian St. Ste. 203 Indianapolis, IN 46260.
