He is survived by: his wife Lisi Davis; his children, Eric, Virginia Frankel, Jodi and Michael Madsen; his brother Alan (Beverly); his stepchildren, Dara Wade, Jennifer, Josh Morrison, Jessica, Phillip Johnson, Andrea and Bryan Seely; his grandchildren, Reilly, Ashlyn Frankel and Hayden Madsen; and his stepgrandchildren, Noah, Zoe, Aidan Wade, Sloan, Miles Morrison, Ava, Gavin and Kyla Seely.
