He was predeceased by: his parents, Beula Flager (Ellington) and Claud Flager. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Flager (Kellie) and Stephanie Myers (Rocky); and his grandchildren, Alexis, Naomee, Sophia, Jake, Ashley and Elaina.
