He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Tarshes and Esther Tarshes (Arshopsky); and his wife Joanne. He is survived by: his children, David Tarshes (Debby Kerdeman) and Deb Catton (Steve); his grandchildren, Will Catton (Emily) and Jamie Garlock (Reid); his great grandchildren, Izzy Catton and Oliver Garlock; his sister Elaine Goldberg (Stan); and his caregiver Jerry.
