He is survived by: his wife Jerry Jo Burkman (Voris); his children, Talisha Awbrey Cabral, Eric Raymond Awbrey (Marcia), John Bradford Burkman (Kathleen Guinnane) and MaryEsther Gworek; and his sister Charlene Fugate (Tom).
