He was predeceased by: his parents, William Nimrod Kemper and Nellie Mae Kemper (Ramseyer); his wife Annabelle Warner; his siblings, Ned Kemper (Mary Esther Hinds) of Windfall, Betty Kemper Beach and Dorothy Kemper Wilburn (Robert Wilburn); his grandson Joseph Alan Kemper; and his stepgrandson James Garcia.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Joe Kemper of Indianapolis and Kay Elaine Garcia (Rene) of Strongsville, Ohio; his grandsons, Anthony Wayne Strong (Dulcy) and John Tilman Kemper; his stepgrandson Michael Garcia; and his great grandchildren, Trent Riley Kemper, Austin and Logan Strong.
