He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ellen (Jessup); his parents, Otis Brattain and Ina Brattain; and his siblings, Arnold, Vernon and Erma Moffitt.
He is survived by: his children, Linda McCord (Paul) and Gary Brattain (Sheila); his grandchildren, Brian Streu (AZ), Tara Frederick (CA), Garen Brattain (IN) and Bonnie Deady (VA); and his great grandchildren, Bronson, Bennett, Gavin, Nola and Leo.
