We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2021, at the age of 46, Francis Kelley of Carmel, Indiana, born in Cleveland, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Francis R. Kelley, Jr. and Frances A. Kelley (Manser); his children, Olivia and Brynlee Kelley; and his siblings, Elizabeth, Bridget Gill (William), Daniel, Matthew and Jayne.
Masks and social distancing will be required.
