He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Dominic and Samuel Monaco; his stepchildren, Christopher Perkowski and Katherine Glick (Garret); his grandchildren, Gus, JoJo, Grayson and Waylon; his sisters, Rose Mary Pries (Robert), Mary Ann Herring (Randy), Christine Norris (Larry) and Theresa Edris (Don); and his pet Charlotte.
