She was predeceased by: her parents, Chalon Hungate and Mary Ellen Hungate (Cardwell); her husband Elmer Eugene "Rip" Collins; her sons, Michael David Collins and Phillip Lee Collins; her sisters, Sandra Fay Hungate Skinner and Leatrice June Benedetto; and her great grandchild Lily Johanna Collins.
She is survived by: her son Kevin Collins (Gerda) of Zionsville, IN; her grandchildren, Jonathan David Collins of Indianapolis, Deborah Ruth Collins of Indianapolis, Scott Fenech and Theresa Ellenwood; her great grandchildren, Emmarie, Audra, Amanda, Megan and Alex; her brother Randell Hungate (Carol Sue) of Benton, IL; and her close friend Shirley Dial of Benton, IL.
