With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Evelyn H. Nelson (Carmel, Indiana), born in Bismarck, North Dakota, who passed away on March 9, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Thor and Mabel Thor (Nelson); her husband Ben Nelson; her sons, Timothy and Thomas; and her grandson Adam Oberbroeckling.
She is survived by: her sister Elizabeth Anderson (Dale); and her children, Lowell Nelson (Debbie), Jim Nelson and Carol Oberbroeckling (Dan). She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and 13 nieces & nephews.
