We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2020, at the age of 90, Elsie H. Carastro (Carmel, Indiana), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Heebner and Mabel Heebner; her husband Carlo Carastro; her grandchildren, Ryan Mowatt and Julie Carastro; and her brothers, Harry, Lewis and Edward Heebner.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Carastro of Bensalem, PA and Joyce Mowatt (Joel) of Carmel, IN; her granddaughters, Heather Jacobson (Chris), Kelly Durr (Austin) and Stacey Mels (Rick); her great grandchildren, Weston and Hayden Jacobson; her sister Alberta Ciao; and her sister-in-law Marge Heebner. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
