It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Mitchel of Carmel, Indiana, who passed away on February 8, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Gilchrist and Enid Gilchrist; her former husband Jack Keck (Jack); her son Robert Keck; and her brothers, Dick Gilchrist and Bob Gilchrist.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas L. Mitchel; her sons, Dave (Lynn) and Jack; her stepchildren, Aaron (Cathy) and Sara (Bill); and her granddaughters, Courtney (Chris), Hannah and Danielle. She is also survived by 6 step grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to St. Jude Cancer Center or American Red Cross.
