With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elena Ciaccia of Carmel, Indiana, who passed away on January 9, 2023 at the age of 92. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Elena Ciaccia to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Giuseppe Carla' and Antonia Carrozzo; and her siblings, Annetta, Giannina, Salvatore, Aldo, Umberto, Carmelo, Antonio and Nicola.

She is survived by: her siblings, Michele and Rachele; her son Donato (Julie); and her grandchildren, Peter, Luca and Simona.

“When I first met Mama Ciaccia she introduced me as “Danny’s Deanna” but when I last saw her she introduced me as “her dear dear best of friends Deanna” which to this day still makes me smile. So I’m saying good bye to my dear dear best of friends Elena” A big thank you to her family for sharing her with me. I will miss her smile, her laugh, her hugs, and her company. What a blessing she has been to us all.”
