He was predeceased by: his parents, Harland Lamont Frazier and Laura Evelyn Frazier (Crispin). He is survived by: his son David Lamont Frazier; his wife Evonne Kaye Frazier (Sedgwick); his daughter-in-law Angela Marie Frazier (Hutchison); his grandchildren, William Lamont Frazier and Katie Elizabeth Frazier of Carmel; and his brother Harland Wayne Frazier of Mattoon, Illinois.. He is also survived by his wife, son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren.
