We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2022, at the age of 74, Dianne G. Horn of Carmel, Indiana, born in Akron, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellsworth Graf and Esther Graf (Emery). She is survived by: her husband Bob Horn (Bob); her daughter Kim Conger (Michael); her grandchildren, Katie and Andy; and her brother Jeffrey Graf. She is also survived by her family, her friends.
