He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Isabel; his sister Jeanne Heideman; and his brothers-in-law, Richard, John Powers and Jim Langenkamp.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen; his children, D. Christopher (Cathy), Trenton (Madeline), Moira (Brian Barone), Bridget (William Yallaly) and Mark; his siblings, Thomas W. II (Betty), Theodore (Jan) and Vida Langenkamp; and his brother-in-law David Heideman, Sr.. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to FOCUS (Fellowship of Catholic University Students), Sisters of Notre Dame retirement fund, and Birthright of Cicero, IN to honor David's faith and support a cause close to his heart.
