He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ben Kennedy and Helen Kennedy; his sister Judy [Tommy] Layman; his wife Barbara Kennedy; his daughters, Jennifer Elfering (Dan Wendt) and Kate Kneifel (Josh Kneifel); his brother Ben Kennedy; his grandchildren, Owen Elfering, Kyle Elfering, Elizabeth Kneifel and Kai Kneifel; and his pet Murphy.
