He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen George and Grace Belle; and his sisters, Victoria and Carol. He is survived by: his family Lois; his wife Lois Diane O'Toole (Macchia); his children, Daniel O'Toole (Stacia) and Debra Lewis (James); his grandchildren, Daniel "Steve" O'Toole (Michelle), Reese, Toole, James "Evan" Lewis, Ryan Lewis, Lora O'Toole and Bryce O'Toole; and his great grandchildren, Charlotte O'Toole and Danny O'Toole.
