She was predeceased by: her parents, John Shives and Wiladean Shives (Sanders); her father-in-law George Urban; and her sister-in-law Mary Jane Bowles. She is survived by: her husband Tom of Carmel; her children, Arminda Urban (Tiara) of Indianapolis and Andrew Urban of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Julianna Urban and Lucas Urban; her siblings, Linda Coffman (Ron), Donna Nolan (Dale), Peggy Osburn (Tim), John Shives, Jim Shives (Carol) and Leslie Shives; and her brother-in-law Chip Bowles. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and friends.
