He is survived by: his wife Jackie Ewing (Schroder) of Carmel, IN; his children, David Ewing of Logan, Ohio, Tracey Bettes (Wendy) of Minerva, OH, Erika Vanderveen (David) of Carmel, IN and Jim Ewing (Christine) of Cherry Hill; and his sister Jeannean Markley of Elizabethton, TN.
