With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Chad Patrick O'Leary of Carmel, Indiana, born in Lafayette, Indiana, who passed away on February 10, 2021 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Tim O'Leary. He is survived by: his mother Linda O'Leary (Stough) of DeMotte, IN; his stepsiblings, Molly Shedlock (Randy), Becky Chitty and John; and his close friend Chloe. He is also survived by 3 nephews and 1 niece.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Humane Society.
