It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Moran of Carmel, Indiana, born in Greensburg, Kentucky, who passed away on July 18, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry "Piper" and Nellie Moran (McAllister). He is survived by: his wife Jackie Moran; his children, Aaron Moran (Stacey) and Julie Frey (Joel); and his grandchildren, Kelsey, Kyla Moran, Evan and Aubrey Frey.
