It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Sue Clark of Carmel, Indiana, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on July 22, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Carol Sue may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Christophersen and Helen Jean Christophersen (Meinardi). She is survived by: her husband Dr. Percy Clark Jr.; her children, Mark Clark, Michelle Hammett (Kevin) and Nicole Clark; and her grandchildren, Perri, Evan, Payton, Emerson and Carter Hammett. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of a formal service and flowers, donations may be made in honor of Sue to one of the many charities near and dear to her heart, reflecting her lifelong commitment to helping others.
