Carol Kixmiller Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Carol Kixmiller of Carmel, Indiana, born in Mount Vernon, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Olive Grassbaugh (Miller) and Clarence Grassbaugh; and her brothers, Donald "Donnie" Grassbaugh of Phoenix and Dale Grassbaugh of Howard, Ohio.. She is survived by: her husband Robert Kixmiller of Carmel; her children, Mark Swain (Jill) of Columbus, David Swain (Apryle) of Greenwood and Kristen Desautels (Logan) of Troy; her stepsons, David Kixmiller (Michelle) of Franklin and Thomas Kixmiller (Tricia) of Greencastle; her grandchildren, Jackson Swain, Luke Swain, Sawyer Swain, Shelby Swain, Monet Desautels, Joelle Desautels and Martin Desautels; and her brother Mark Grassbaugh of Marion. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Luke Catholic Church (307 N Market St, Danville, OH 43014). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
