We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2022, at the age of 89, Carol K. McAteer in Carmel, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Vivian Cunningham Kennedy and Charles Russell Kennedy; and her siblings, Dan Kennedy (Rose), Ruth King (George) and Mary Lou Bordas (Bill).
She is survived by: her husband Phillip John McAteer; and her children, Claire Farrand (Brinton) and Jeff McAteer (Liyan). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, tax deductible donations can be made to the 'Phillip and Carol McAteer Education Fund', which is an endowment that assists local Residents with both GED and Trade School expenses. It is administered by the Community Foundation of Morgan County at 56 North Main Street, Martinsville, IN 46151 (765) 813-0003.
