He is survived by: his parents, Pamela Immel and Steven Immel; his sister Laura Gadberry (Adam); his half-brother Jonathon Martin; his grandparents, Robert and Marty Immel; his aunts and uncles, Elaine Gaulin (Norman), Deborah Chabot (Michael), Janet Immel Daniels, Geoffrey Grove (Jeanne) and Robert Immel; and his grandparents, Lester and Carole Grove. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Carmel United Methodist Church Food Pantry on 621 S. Rangeline Road or Humane Society for Hamilton County on 1721 Pleasant Street, Noblesville, IN.
