He was predeceased by: his former wife Mella; his daughter Mellani Larson; his parents, Lucille Palmer and Eldon Palmer; his brothers, Melburn and Verle; and his grandson Bishop Jay Larson.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra of Thatcher; his son Jim Palmer (Celinda) of Thatcher; and his sisters, Linda, Eileen and Nelda. He is also survived by his kids, grandkids or great grandkids.
