With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andra L Brack of Carmel, Indiana, who passed away on January 10, 2022 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Robert Dewitt Hazlett; and her husband Donald Eugene Brack. She is survived by: her mother Delores Miriam Lee Hazlett of Muncie; her children, Robert Eugene (Christine) of Fishers, IN, Leah Annette Bley (Robert) of Marietta, GA, Miriam Elizabeth Webber (Ryan) of Bemidji, MN and Jonathon William (Paulynn) of Carmel; her grandchildren, Joseph Eugene, Samuel Robert Brack of Fishers, Carter Andrew Bley of Marietta, Evelynn Annette and Ezekiel Thomas Brack of Carmel; and her siblings, Erin Archer (Jeffrey) of Fort Wayne and Gary Hazlett (Peggy) of Muncie. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
