She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Vernier and Anna Vernier; and her nieces, Holly Ruthann Rieth and Regan Reith Wakeman. She is survived by: her son Jamie Hunter (J. Kieth); her daughter-in-law Lucy Waterman-Hunter; her grandchildren, Edward Benjamin (E. B.) and Rebeccah Helen Hunter; her daughter Beth Ann Hunter Masterson; her son-in-law Thom Masterson; her granddaughter Paige Enas (Jared); her great grandchildren, John and Ozzie Enas; her granddaughter Carly Masterson; her sister-in-law Ingrid Vernier; her nieces and nephews, Randy, Fred, Rod Rieth, Sandy Rieth Volnagle, Michelle Vernier Willig and Michael Vernier; and her siblings, Charlotte Rieth (Carl) and Donald Vernier (Ingrid). She is also survived by the children of her late brother and sister.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association, Indiana Democratic Party or the Carmel (Indiana) Library.
