He is survived by: his family Charlie; his wife Gwen Wright; his son Charles Richard Noble (Sandy); his grandchildren, Zachary Taylor Noble and Kylie Dannielle Noble (Mikey Fredrick); his great grandchildren, Shane Michael Hartley and Elliott Wayne Hartley; his sisters, Evelyn Beals (Gary) and Janice Reynolds (Jim); and his close friend Jami Zimmerman.
