He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard McKinley and Frances Pierson McKinley; and his brother-in-law Mickey Walker. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Terrell; his children, Brian McKinley (Angie) and Angela Sager (Bob); his siblings, Ruby Walker and Dan Custer (Peggy); and his grandchildren, Ryan McKinley (Kylee), Stephanie Long (Nate), Jessica Beals (Kevin) and Ashley McKinley. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
