With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Rebecca S. Stoltzfus of Carbon, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 1, 2025 at the age of 62. She was predeceased by: her parent Abner Zook. She is survived by: her mother Rachel Stoltzfus Zook; her husband Melvin A. Stoltzfus; her children, Allen Stoltzfus, Daniel Stoltzfus, Dorothy Herschberger, Lester Stoltzfus, Alvin Stoltzfus, Edna Stoltzfus, Wilmer Stoltzfus, Caroline Stoltzfus and Susan Stoltzfus; and her siblings, Mary Zook, Sara Stoltzfoos, Christian Zook, Amos Zook and Elizabeth Zook. She is also survived by 37 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Cross Tabernacle Church (2929 N 7th St, Terre Haute, IN 47803).
