She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Fields and Martha Fields (Clossin); her grandson Peter E. Cooksey; and her sister Jo Fields. She is survived by: her husband Cletus Cooksey; her children, Robert Joe Cooksey, C. Bryan Cooksey (Lisa) and Sandra Lynn Cooksey; her grandchildren, Devon Cooksey (Taylor), Alexus Cooksey, Kayler Prano, B. Michael Cooksey, Casey Marie Cooksey, Adam David Butler, Lenabelle Marie Cooksey and Chase A. Husk; and her brother Clifton Fields. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
