She is survived by: her children, Angel Smith of Evansville, IN, Joseph Smith of Miffin, IN, William Smith of Miffin, IN, Thomas and Robert Smith of Crawfordsville, IN; her siblings, Mary Little of Tell City, Faye Carlson of Tell City, IN and Fred Bernardi of Cannelton, IN; and her grandchildren, Ryan Smith, Brandie Smith, William Smith, Christopher Smith, Andrew Smith, Chantel Smith, Casey Smith, Natasha Smith, Samantha Brinkworth, Savannah Smith, Ashton Smith, Logan Foll, Alana Smith, Lydia Riddle, Aleah Grimes, Patrick Grimes, Amanda Smith and Hope Smith. She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
