He was predeceased by: his parent Samuel W.; his siblings, Kenneth Litherland, Donnie Litherland and Martha Anita "Muff" Litherland; and his granddaughter Shania Litherland.
He is survived by: his parent Lillian G. Litherland (Popp); his wife Frances Litherland; his children, Roxanne Schroeder (Pat) and Norbert L. Litherland, Jr.; his brother Pat "Bud" Litherland; and also Bub.
