With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmy Austin of Cannelton, Indiana, born in Birdseye, Indiana, who passed away on April 29, 2022 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Austin and Dolores Sullivan (Hobbs); his daughters, Brook Wilson and Nicole "Coco" Wilson; and his siblings, Sandy Austin-Mullen, Billy, Paul and Jeff Sullivan.

He is survived by: his children, James "Reefer" Wilson of Louisville, KY, Charles "Corky" Wilson of Cannelton, Sara Austin-Hill of Cannelton, Jessica Austin of Cannelton and Stephanie "Queenie Weenie" Austin of Cannelton; and his siblings, Cathy Austin-Hardin, Mikey, Jerry, Toni Sullivan and John Austin. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
