It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hilda Anderson of Cannelton, Indiana, born in Jasonville, Indiana, who passed away on March 10, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Clifford Richardson; her stepfather Dewiebell (Burden); her sister Catherine Newton; and her daughter Jessica Powers Russell. She is survived by: her husband Arthur Hargis "Red" Anderson; her children, Brenda Lawalin-Bacey of Cannelton and Mike Anderson (Denise) of Cannelton; her grandchildren, Brian Lawalin (Marion), Nathan Lawalin (Jamie Roark), Matthew Anderson and Michelle Anderson (Tabetha Weaver); and her great grandchildren, Cody Lawalin (Sarah), Taylor Lawalin (Ross Fischer), Haylee Lawalin and Emalee Lawalin.
A mask is to be worn while visiting the funeral home and social distancing is to be practiced.
